School Meals and Free School Meals Information

Information for Parents of children leaving Prospect Hill Junior School

Please remember that when your child starts a new school their sQuid account does not transfer.  If you have remaining monies on your dinners account then parents need to do the following by the last day of school:

Login to your sQuid account, at the bottom of each purse you will see a ‘Withdraw Funds’ tab, click on this and request the refund back to their payment card.

Alternatively, you can contact customerservice@squidcard.com providing your sQuid number and refund you wish to receive.

Please note that the Dinner Menus are subject to change by Notts County Council Catering Department without notice.

Dinners are  currently priced at £2.55 per day.  As from 4th December 2023, Dinners will be priced at £2.95 per day or £14.75 per week. This price increase has been implemented by Notts County Council.  All dinner monies to be paid via sQuid on-line account.

Please ensure you have monies available on your sQuid account before dinners are taken. It is school policy not to allow overdrafts except in exceptional circumstances.

Why not enable Auto top up?
Enabling Auto top up is the best way to ensure that you always have available funds on your sQuid catering purse. Simply top up, select the option to store your payment card and then:

•   Go to ‘Top up’
•   Select ‘Set up Auto top up’
•   Click the Auto top up box
•   Set your preferred Auto top up options
