Year 5
Amazing work last week, Year 5; we were very impressed with the quality and the presentation of work that was sent in. We hope you all enjoyed some time playing in the snow - there were some excellent pictures sent in of snowmen, snowwomen and some interesting blobs of snow... Remember that alongside your home learning, you still need to have fun and stay active! Keep up the great work!
Weekly Timetable for Remote Learning:
All lessons are from The Oak Academy Trust - Set 2 is always a differentiated task, for if you are struggling to complete the lesson in Set 1. Please note that PE links will be shared, however, you can complete any task that falls into the category of PE and wellbeing. This could be Hiit, yoga, football, Take 5, playing catch, going on a walk - the list is endless!
Home reading
If you are struggling with reading at home due to lack of resources, we have signed up to a collection of e-books provided by Epic Reading. The first thing you'll need to do is to download the app Epic on a tablet or phone, or visit getepic.com on a computer or laptop.
Once there, click on class code and enter jee2551 (if you are in Miss Rowett's class: Clumber) or mzk0944 (if you are in Mr Aldread's class: Hardwick). Click on your name and there you have it!
Browse through the library to find a book or comic you're interested in and simply swipe to read. If you have any issues or questions, please email year5prospect@outlook.com. Happy reading!
